Small changes, big shift in client perception
Back in 2019, Capitec broke from the usual and introduced black card cues to the South African mass market. It was a clear move to lift the brand’s stature while championing accessibility and staying true to who they are.
Since then, the Capitec card has continued to evolve. Every update has been intentional, from reducing visual wear to aligning with the newer business card design after the Mercantile acquisition. These small decisions shape how the brand shows up and how it builds trust.
