A closer look at how ideas became outcomes.
At Capitec Bank (South Africa), I led a brand refresh that increased brand differentiation by 7.9 percent (Kantar BrandZ Report) and scaled creative systems across 850+ branches and digital platforms. It proved something I’ve always believed: brand design isn’t just about how things look. It’s about how they work, scale and grow across every touchpoint.
I combine design thinking with business insight to solve complex challenges, lead high-performing teams and build scalable systems that connect brand, product and experience. I’m also exploring how tools like generative AI can sharpen creative output, accelerate ideas and unlock value.
